- Production Area: Pontelatone. Hills in the province of Caserta, at slopes of Friento Mount;
- Agronomic characteristics of lands: clay and carbonic, an altitude of 200 meters;
- Blend of Grapes: 100% Casavecchia;
- Breeding system: Guyot;
- Plant density: 3076 plants per ha;
- Vineyard yield: 70 q per hectare;
- Harvest: Manual harvest in plastic crates, between the first and the second week of October;
- Vinification: The grapes have a pressing process, with a thermocontrolled of 18-20° fermentation in stainless steel tanks, refining in oak barrels for 5-6 months and in bottle, before introducing in the market, at least for six months;
- Colour: Intense red ruby;
- Scents: Intense of ripe red fruit, blackberry, purple and black mulberry;
- Taste: Persistent, harmonic and well balanced. An excellent flavor and a fairly good freshness;
- Matching: Pork, beef and red meats. Excellent with cheese from the Southern Apennines;
- Bottles produced: 6000 bottles;
- Alcohol percentage: 13,0% vol;
- Temperature service: 16-18 °C.
